Elected to be on Implementation Team of 7 to start an alliance of cellular carriers across 600 markets in the U.S. and Canada. Managed the advertising agency (Saatchi & Saatchi, NYC), public relations (Burson-Marstellar, NYC) and naming firm (Anspach, Grossman & Portugal). Responsibilities included pitching carriers to be involved in alliance, negotiating and persuading their respective marketing areas once licensee arrangements were secured, and supporting all carriers with national branding initiatives.
